Moez Rhimi is a microbiome scientist at INRAE–Paris-Saclay University, leading the "Microbiota Interaction with Animal and Human" research team. He specializes in functional metagenomics and microbiome-host interactions,with over 80 peer-reviewed publications. He is active in major international networks including the International Human Microbiome Coordination and the World Microbiome Project.
He coordinates multiple French, European, and international research programs across academic and industrial partners. His work focuses on gut microbiome-host interactions in chronic disease and developing microbiome-based health strategies.
