Purpose:This hands-on workshop introduces participants to key concepts and practical tools for analysing microbiome data. Through interactive sessions, participants will explore real datasets and develop practical bioinformatics skills.

- Develop skills in pre-processing, normalising, and visualising microbiome datasets using bioinformatics tools
